Pricing questions
How is Team pricing calculated?
Team is an annual subscription priced by seat count within the published band ($10K–$18K/year). Final quote depends on seats and one workspace scope — we size that with you during guided setup.
How is Org pricing calculated?
Org is custom and based on organisation size / multi-team scope (multiple workspaces, SSO path, dedicated onboarding). We quote after Team-level proof or when multi-team separation is clearly required.
Is the pilot really free?
Yes — four weeks at $0 with guided setup beside your ITSM. No credit card required to start the conversation.
How quickly can we adopt after the pilot?
Most pilots align policy in week 1 and run real incidents in weeks 2–3. Conversion to Team or Org is a guided sizing conversation on seats or organisation scope.
