CADS pilot offer
Free 4-week guided pilot — evaluate accountable incident closure beside your ITSM on real cases. No credit card, no self-serve checkout.
What the pilot is
CADS is a standalone web application beside your ITSM. Incidents and tasks stay in Jira or ServiceNow; CADS holds workspace closure policy (Guardrail or Enforced), closure evaluation, soft exceptions, and an audit-ready export. Integrations use webhooks and a machine-to-machine closure API — not an in-ticket plugin.
We shape each pilot around your severity mix, ITSM stack, and compliance posture — then run it on real incidents for four weeks.
4-week scope
A typical window looks like this:
| Week | Focus |
|---|---|
| Week 1 — Align | Kickoff with your sponsor and pilot lead. One workspace, closure bar draft, and responder onboarding. |
| Weeks 2–3 — Run | Use CADS on live or recent incidents. Guardrail or Enforced posture as agreed. ITSM stays system of record. |
| Week 4 — Review | Walk through success metrics, audit export, and a recommended path to Team or Org annual plans. |
Included during the pilot:
- Full product access for the agreed window
- One workspace aligned to your closure standards
- Cadslab support for pilot design, ITSM alignment, and export review
- No obligation to convert — we want an honest fit read, not a forced rollout
What we need from you
| Role | Ask |
|---|---|
| Executive sponsor | Engineering, SRE, or operations leader who owns incident closure quality and can unblock access. |
| Pilot lead | Day-to-day contact for workspace policy, responder roster, and weekly check-ins. |
| Responders (2–4) | People who will run real incidents through CADS during the window — not a sandbox-only exercise. |
| ITSM contact (optional) | Someone who can advise on case linkage, webhooks, or M2M closure API alignment if you want integration in scope. |
Success metrics
We agree these with your sponsor at kickoff. If the metrics are not met, we document why — scope, adoption, or fit — before any annual conversation.
- Closure readiness visible on agreed severities before close
- Structured decision trail captured on pilot incidents (not only post-hoc summaries)
- Soft exceptions documented when someone closes outside the checklist — who, when, why
- Leadership or compliance stakeholders can review an audit export and articulate the value
Pricing after the pilot
The pilot is free for the 4-week window. After a successful pilot, annual plans scale with your team. We quote Team and Org based on seat count and workspace needs.
| Plan | Band | Fit |
|---|---|---|
| Team | Annual · per seat | One workspace, shared closure rules, audit export, Guardrail and Enforced modes. |
| Org | Custom · multi-team | Multiple workspaces, SSO on request, dedicated onboarding — for organisations standardising closure across business units. |
